Elektro3 EDM has developed a virtual reality project for hardware store owners to get an immersive tour of its demo showroom. Using next-generation glasses and 8K 360-degree photos, users can walk through the store and discover its advances in sales techniques. This initiative, driven by the Development Department, reinforces the company's commitment to digitalization and innovation.
At Elektro3, we're very proud to announce that we've developed an innovative virtual reality project. With this tool, we allow hardware store owners to get a detailed look at our showroom's demo store and discover all the advances we've implemented in sales techniques, display, marketing, and services.
We will present this solution at upcoming trade fairs in Spain and Portugal this September. The first will be the Cecofersa fair, which starts this Wednesday, and the next will be the Coferdroza fair, which will take place next week in Zaragoza.
Using state-of-the-art virtual and augmented reality VR glasses, users can tour our space in an immersive experience, observing the layout of shelving, aisles, and product areas with a feeling very close to reality.
We created this real-time tour from maximum resolution (8K) 360-degree photos, optimized to offer the highest visual quality and fluidity of movement, with dozens of navigation points that simulate an in-person visit. Additionally, we can guide the visitor in real-time from an iPad, providing information on all the most relevant aspects of our space.
The technology we use allows us to continue expanding the project with interactive layers and additional content, making it a flexible and constantly evolving tool. The tour will also be available in web format to facilitate remote access for those interested in exploring the demo store quickly and easily.
From our company, we highlight that with this initiative, we reinforce our commitment to innovation and digitalization in the service of our future partners, bringing the physical store experience to anywhere in the world.
We have driven this project from our Development Department under the direction of Oskar Sánchez Villar
